There is no minimum order quantity. Sourcing and a dedicated account manager are activated once you have placed at least one order, so you can start small and scale as demand grows.
Stock Holding for Viral Spikes
The biggest risk in TikTok Shop fulfillment is a spike you cannot serve. If a product goes viral and you are still sourcing per order, you lose sales to slower shipping and cancellation penalties. We hold your stock in advance so that orders for products already in the warehouse ship within 1 day. Orders that still need sourcing ship within 3 business days after payment.
Sourcing quotes are completed the same day (China time) for customers with orders, so you can confirm a trending product quickly. Inquiries without an order take about 24 to 72 hours. Storage is free for the first 30 days at both the China and US warehouses, which makes it practical to test several trending items without committing heavily.

We also operate overseas warehouses in Japan, Australia, Germany, Spain, Poland, Canada, France, Belgium, Czechia and the UK. Tracking numbers can be issued in advance, and after dispatch the tracking syncs back to your store automatically, so buyers see movement without you touching a spreadsheet.
Branding and Inserts for Repeat Buyers
Viral traffic is only valuable if it comes back. Custom packaging, thank-you inserts and product logos are available to strengthen brand recall. Branding carries a minimum quantity and a separate customisation fee; ask your account manager for the exact figure for your product. Each account also includes a dedicated account manager you can reach directly for quotes, orders and after-sales.
Damaged or lost parcels are reshipped free or refunded, except where the recipient address provided was wrong. Stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla and Lightfunnel connect through the app for automatic order sync, and CSV/Excel manual ordering is also supported. Pricing
You pay only the product cost plus shipping and a per-order handling fee of US$0.50, US$0.75 or US$1.00 depending on the product. The app and quality checks are free. There is no subscription fee, and storage is free for the first 30 days at the China and US warehouses (storage beyond 30 days is quoted on request).
