Who we are
The Dropshipping Agent is operated by Mutual Dropshipping, a professional dropshipping agent based in China. We work with online store sellers who want a reliable sourcing and fulfillment partner rather than a marketplace of unverified suppliers. Our sourcing base is Yiwu International Trade City and the surrounding manufacturing belts, including Jinhua, Yongkang, Pujiang and Dongyang — one of the densest concentrations of consumer goods production in the world.
If you sell on Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla or Lightfunnel, or you prefer to order manually by CSV or Excel, our team handles the operational work behind your store so you can focus on marketing, product selection and customer relationships.
What the service does
We cover the full path from finding a product to getting it into your customer's hands, with a single point of contact throughout.
- Product sourcing: send us a product link or a photo and we source it from Yiwu and nearby manufacturing belts. There is no minimum order quantity, and sourcing plus a dedicated account manager are activated once you have placed at least one order. Sourcing quotes are completed the same day (China time) for customers with orders; inquiries without an order take about 24 to 72 hours.
- Quality check (QC): every item is inspected before it leaves us, so defects are caught before they reach your buyer.
- Free storage for 30 days: store your stock with us at no cost for the first 30 days at the China and US warehouses; storage beyond 30 days is quoted on request.
- Per-order fulfillment: we pick, pack and label each order individually and ship it directly to your end customer. Orders for products already in stock ship within 1 day; orders that need sourcing first ship within 3 business days after payment.
- Branding: custom packaging, thank-you inserts and product logos are available. Branding has a minimum quantity and a separate customisation fee — ask your account manager for the exact figure for your product.
Pricing you can plan around
You pay only the product cost, the shipping cost and a per-order handling fee of US$0.50, US$0.75 or US$1.00, depending on the product. The app and quality checks are free. There is no subscription fee, and storage is free for the first 30 days at the China and US warehouses (storage beyond 30 days is quoted on request).

Overseas warehouses are also available in Japan, Australia, Germany, Spain, Poland, Canada, France, Belgium, Czechia and the UK. Tracking numbers can be issued in advance — the label is created ahead of dispatch, and the parcel starts moving once the carrier collects it — and after dispatch tracking syncs back to your store automatically. Damaged or lost parcels are reshipped free or refunded, except where the recipient address provided was wrong.

The app
Our Shopify App Store app, MutualDropshipping, has been live since May 2022 and is rated 4.6–4.7 (rating checked 21 October 2026). It is published by us, the service operator, not by Shopify. It connects your store for automatic order sync, alongside WooCommerce, Salla and Lightfunnel integrations and CSV/Excel manual ordering.

How working with us starts
