You focus on selling; we handle the physical journey of every order.
What Happens Inside the Center
Every order entering our China facility follows a clear, repeatable path. The steps below show how china order fulfillment works in practice once your store is connected.
- Product sourcing: we source from Yiwu International Trade City and the manufacturing belts around it, including Jinhua, Yongkang, Pujiang and Dongyang. Sourcing quotes are completed the same day (China time) for customers who have placed at least one order.
- Quality check: each item is inspected before packing. Quality checks are free of charge.
- Storage: the first 30 days of storage are free at our China and US warehouses; storage beyond 30 days is quoted on request.
- Pick, pack and label: per-order handling is simple and transparent, with no subscription fee.
- Dispatch: in-stock orders ship within 1 day. Orders that need sourcing first ship within 3 business days after payment.
- Tracking: tracking numbers can be issued in advance, and after dispatch they sync back to your store automatically.
Shipping Lines and the Overseas Warehouse Layer
Direct shipping from China covers most destinations, with transit to the US taking 8-12 days in peak season. When speed matters more, our overseas warehouses act as the second layer of your fulfillment setup (see the full dropshipping warehouse network). Orders dispatched from the US warehouse arrive in 2-5 days. Additional overseas warehouses are available in Japan, Australia, Germany, Spain, Poland, Canada, France, Belgium, Czechia and the UK. Damaged or lost parcels are reshipped free or refunded, except where the recipient address provided was wrong.

Why Sellers Use a China Center
The appeal is consolidation. Sourcing and QC sit in one place, so the product is checked before it ever leaves the country, and any issue is caught while the goods are still in our hands. Handling fees are low and charged per order rather than through a subscription. There is no minimum order quantity, and sourcing plus a dedicated account manager activate once you have placed at least one order. Your account manager is reachable directly for quotes, orders and after-sales questions.
Store Connections and Branding
Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla and Lightfunnel stores connect through our app for automatic order sync, and CSV/Excel manual ordering is also supported. Our Shopify App Store app, MutualDropshipping, has been live since May 2022 and is rated 4.6–4.7 on the Shopify App Store (rating checked 21 October 2026). For sellers building a brand, custom packaging, thank-you inserts and product logos are available; branding carries a minimum quantity and a separate customisation fee — ask your account manager for the exact figure for your product.

If the product is already in stock, orders ship within 1 day. If the product still needs to be sourced, orders ship within 3 business days after payment. Sourcing quotes for customers with orders are completed the same day, China time.
Do I need to meet a minimum order quantity to use your fulfillment services china?
No. There is no minimum order quantity. You pay only the product cost, shipping and a per-order handling fee of US$0.50, US$0.75 or US$1.00 depending on the product, with no subscription fee. Sourcing and a dedicated account manager are activated after your first order.
What happens if a parcel is damaged or lost?
Damaged or lost parcels are reshipped free or refunded. The only exception is when the recipient address you provided was wrong. Tracking numbers can be issued in advance and sync back to your store automatically after dispatch.
